It is our distinct honor and pleasure to invite you to the 16th Croatian Congress on Epilepsy, which will take place in
Zagreb from April 20 to 22, 2026, at the Hotel Aristos.

Congress Registration Fees

Physicians and Pharmacists – 500,00 € + VAT

The registration fee includes:

  • Attendance at the scientific programme and exhibition area

Amendments to Services, Name Changes, and Invoices

Changes to a registered participant’s name (including accreditation details) and modifications to booked services may be made free of charge until March 30, 2026.
After March 30, 2026, any name change will be subject to an administrative fee of €50.00 per change.
Invoice amendments will be subject to an administrative fee of €50.00 per change. Participants are therefore kindly requested to ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted information at the time of registration.

Use of Personal Data

Personal data collected through registration for the 16th Croatian Congress on Epilepsy (CCE) may be considered personal data within the meaning of applicable data protection legislation and are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation. Personal data submitted through the Congress registration form (hereinafter: the Registration Form) are securely stored in the database of Btravel d.o.o., Cebini 33, Zagreb, OIB: 50368883612 (hereinafter: the Agency). By registering, each participant confirms that their personal data may be processed for the purpose of organizing the Congress. Failure to provide the requested personal data in the Registration Form will make it impossible to complete registration and participate in the Congress. The Agency collects, processes, and stores personal data on behalf of the Congress Organizer, who acts as a joint controller of personal data. The data will be collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling rights and obligations arising from your registration and participation in the Congress, including issuance of registration fee invoices. By registering, participants acknowledge that they have been informed of their right to request, at any time, access to their personal data, rectification or erasure of personal data, restriction of processing, and the right to data portability from the joint controllers.
